Who is SerBnB?
SerBnB Corp is a Miami supplier of guest amenities, welcome kits, towels, bedding and housekeeping supplies for the short-term rental and hotel industry. We stock by the case and ship across the United States, with same-week delivery across South Florida. We are a supplier, not a marketplace: you order directly from us and we ship from our own warehouse.
Who do you supply?
Airbnb and vacation rental hosts stocking one or a handful of units, property managers restocking several properties at once, boutique hotels, and the cleaning companies who handle turnovers for them. If you put a bathroom back together between guests, this catalogue is built for you.
What is Olorsol and who makes it?
Olorsol is our own brand. SerBnB owns it, develops it and sells it directly, which is why you will not find it in a general wholesale catalogue.
It is a professional smoke odor eliminator in a 16.9 fl oz (500 ml) trigger spray, formulated for the soft surfaces that actually hold odor: upholstery, curtains, mattresses and carpets. The scent is Cotton and Cherry. It is sold as a 2-bottle pack or a case of 8, and it ships free.
What brands do you carry?
For guest toiletries: Aveda Rosemary Mint, Terra Pure Green Tea, Eco Botanics, H2O Therapy, Nourish, Infuse White Tea and Coconut, Oasis, and the Cutler and Makari Le Bosquet amenity kits. For towels: Oxford and Pinnacle. For bedding: Thomaston Mills and Martex. Plus Olorsol, which is ours.
How are products sold?
By the pack or the case. Travel-size toiletries come in cases of 200 to 1,000 pieces depending on the item. Welcome kits come 20 to a case. Gallon refills come 4 gallons to a case and refillable pump bottles come 10 to a case. The exact size is on every product page and in the option you select. If it is not clear, email our order desk before you order.
Is there a minimum order, or do I need an account?
No minimum and no account needed. You can buy a single case online at the listed price. An account lets you track orders and save addresses, and if you stock several properties you can request wholesale pricing instead.
Is shipping free?
Guest toiletries and Olorsol ship free, with no minimum order, anywhere we deliver in the US.
Towels, bedding, housekeeping supplies and bulk gallon refills ship UPS Ground or FedEx Ground, with the exact cost calculated at checkout from the weight and your address. If your cart has both, you only pay for the items that are not free. It then arrives as two parcels — the free items ship on their own, at no extra cost.
How fast will my order arrive?
Miami-Dade and Broward in 24 to 48 hours. Everywhere else in the US, guest toiletries in 1 to 4 business days; towels, bedding and housekeeping show the carrier's transit time at checkout. Orders placed on a weekend or after Friday afternoon ship the following Monday.

Where do you deliver?
The 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other US territories or military addresses. If we do not deliver to your address, no shipping rate will appear at checkout.
Can I get better pricing for several properties?
Yes. Send your product list and rough quantities through the wholesale pricing form and we will price it and reply by email. Tell us how many units or rooms you stock and how often you restock, and we can quote a recurring order.
Something arrived damaged or wrong. What now?
Inspect your order when it arrives and contact us within 3 days of delivery. Email our order desk with your order number and clear photos of the product, the packaging and the damage. Claims after 3 days may limit what we can replace or refund. See the refund policy.
Can I return something I ordered by mistake?
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Personal care products, sale items and hazardous items cannot be returned. Contact us before sending anything back, because returns that arrive without an approved request are not accepted. Full terms are in the refund policy.
