What are the case sizes?
Travel-size toiletries come in cases of 200 to 1,000 pieces, depending on the product. Welcome kits come 20 to a case. Gallon refills come 4 gallons to a case, and refillable pump bottles come 10 to a case. The case size is listed on each product.
Guest toiletries ship free anywhere we deliver in the US, with no minimum order. Towels, bedding and housekeeping supplies ship UPS Ground or FedEx Ground, with the exact cost calculated at checkout. If your order has both, it arrives as two parcels — the free items ship on their own, at no extra cost.
How fast will my order arrive?
Miami-Dade and Broward orders arrive in 24 to 48 hours. Everywhere else in the US, guest toiletries arrive in 1 to 4 business days; towels, bedding and housekeeping show the carrier's transit time at checkout. What is your return policy?
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Report damaged items within 3 days of delivery. Personal care products, sale items and hazardous items cannot be returned. Read the full refund policy.
