Ordering, shipping and returns
How are products sold?
Most products are sold by the pack or case. The size is in the product title and in the option you select on the product page. If it is not clear, email our order desk before you order.
How fast will my order arrive?
Miami-Dade and Broward orders arrive in 24 to 48 hours. Everywhere else in the US, guest toiletries arrive in 1 to 4 business days; towels, bedding and housekeeping show the carrier's transit time at checkout. Orders placed on weekends or after Friday afternoon ship Monday. For anything more specific, email our order desk. See our shipping policy.
Do you ship outside Florida?
Yes. We ship to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC. Guest toiletries ship free with no minimum order, arriving in 1 to 4 business days. Towels, bedding and housekeeping supplies ship UPS Ground or FedEx Ground, with the exact cost calculated at checkout. If your order has both, it arrives as two parcels — the free items ship on their own, at no extra cost. See our shipping policy for details.
Can I get pricing for larger quantities?
Yes. Request wholesale pricing and tell us the products and quantities. We reply by email with pricing.
Can I mix products in one order?
Yes. Add any products to the same cart. Each product is priced by its own pack or case.
What if my order has a problem?
Email our order desk with your order number as soon as you receive it. Our refund policy has the reporting deadline and what can be returned.
