Questions about guest toiletries
What sizes and pack counts do you sell?
Mini bottles are 0.75 to 1 oz (22 to 30 ml) and come in cases of 200 to 300 pieces. Soap bars range from 0.45 to 1.4 oz in cases of 200 to 1,000. Gallon refills come in cases of 4 gallons. Refillable pump bottles are 500 ml, 10 per case. The exact size and count are on each product page.
Which brands do you carry?
Aveda Rosemary Mint, Nourish Lemongrass & Green Tea, Terra Pure Green Tea, Eco Botanics White Tea & Honey, Infusé White Tea & Coconut and H2O Therapy. Not every brand comes in every format. The product pages show what is available.
Mini bottles or gallon refills?
Mini bottles need no refilling and give each guest their own set. Gallon refills suit properties with refillable dispensers or pump bottles. To compare cost, divide the case price by the total ounces in the case.
Can I mix products in one order?
Yes. Add any products to the same cart. Each product is priced by its own pack or case.
How fast will my order arrive?
Miami-Dade and Broward orders arrive in 24 to 48 hours. Everywhere else in the US, guest toiletries arrive in 1 to 4 business days; towels, bedding and housekeeping show the carrier's transit time at checkout.
